TOURS AND TASTINGS
a. All tours and tastings are private, personal and by appointment only; and are limited to one half hour. b. There is a flat fee of $70 for one or two persons, and an additional $5 for each person thereafter, up to a maximum of 6 persons. c. This fee includes your purchase of a bottle of OAK SUMMIT PINOT NOIR, a refreshing bottle of chilled San Pellegrino, some palate-cleansing grissini from Torino, a comfortable sit-down tasting in our home with possibly enlightening commentary by the owners, and a guided tour of our award winning, vinifera vineyard.

'Best of the Hudson' Grand Wine Luncheons
This unique gourmet experience is a masterful pairing of the best wines and foods. The event is served at a candlelit oak table, hand carved in the 19th century in Beacon, NY. Three wines made from our grapes are served, along with the participants choice of two French or Italian Grand Crus 1988, 89, or 90. The deluxe 5 course Luncheon is centered on the freshest, seasonal foods grown or raised in the Hudson Valley. The menu is prepared on site by John C D Bruno, CFMP, the owner of Oak Summit Vineyard; and the wines are served by Nancy Lynn Nestor,SSA, the vineyard's Director of Marketing, and Cellarmaster. This event takes place
on the third Sunday of each month at Noon, or by appointment. The all
inclusive (food, beverages, service, and taxes) price is $150 per person.

III BURGUNDIAN TREATS IN MILLBROOK The best of the Burgundy lifestyle ( Pinot Noir, aged cheese, and fresh hearty bread) is now available in MILLBROOK. OAK SUMMIT VINEYARD, HUDSON RIVER REGION, ESTATE BOTTLED, PINOT NOIR. This multi-award winning wine has consistently been chosen Best Pinot Noir in the Hudson Valley. It is refined, with an elegant finesse, and has delightful flavors of Cherry, Raspberry and Cassis. SPROUT CREEK FARM CREAMERY, Poughkeepsie. Sprout Creek TOUSSAINT is made from their own herd of Guernsey and Jersey cows, and has a sharp, nutty taste. the firm cheese is aged 8 weeks. MARIO'S BAKERY, Hopewell Junction. Fresh CRACKED WHEAT BASTONE is the perfect accompaniment for these wines and cheeses, and is baked in Mario's own Brick Ovens every day. This event runs from 3 to 3:30PM on the 3rd Sunday of every month. The fee is $30 per person, and admission is by reservation only. Please call 845-677-9522 for availability. IV - VINEYARD RENTAL FEES It has often been said that our vineyard is the most beautiful and exciting setting in Dutchess County. This location is well suited for picnics, photo shoots, weddings, birthdays, special presentations, and corporate functions. Visit our photo gallery for some views of this remarkable facility. The fee for exclusive use is $325 per hour, and includes all time spent on the premises. |
